In high voltage, there's no room for trial and error

Is your shop facing any of these gaps today?

No proven methodology. You diagnose by trial and error, without a method tested on real cases.
Alerts that read differently. Tesla's codes and Service Mode don't work like a conventional car.
No practice on real faults. Watching videos is not the same as facing a real Tesla with a real fault.
No formal backing. Your experience isn't backed by a recognized academic certification.

This diploma doesn't just teach you to swap parts: it builds the professional judgment to diagnose, analyze and decide like a true Tesla specialist.

Your outcome

By the end of the diploma, you'll be able to

→Understand how Tesla systems work as a whole — not just their symptoms.
→Diagnose with professional judgment, using Service Mode Plus and official tools.
→Solve real cases across Model S, Model X, Model 3 and Model Y.
→Produce diagnoses, quotes and technical reports using the CISE Methodology.

Frequently asked questions

What language is the program taught in?
The program is taught in Spanish, and we make sure English speakers can follow every part of it. During the in-person modules in Miami, a live interpreter is available on-site. The online CiseTraining videos are in Spanish with English subtitles, and support is available in English. We want to be fully transparent about this so you know exactly what to expect before you enroll.
Who is this program for?
Automotive technicians and professionals with prior technical experience. It is not designed for hobbyists or for people without technical experience in the field.
How long is it and what is the format?
106 total hours: 64 in-person hours (four 2-day modules) plus 42 online hours on the CiseTraining platform. It is hybrid — combining online classes with intensive hands-on practice on real Tesla vehicles.
Where and when does it take place?
Everything happens in Miami, Florida, across 3 locations: CISE Electronics Corp, URBE University and EC Garage. Module I starts on October 16, 2026, and the full program runs from October 2026 to March 2027.
Do you recommend accommodation?
Yes. For those traveling from outside Florida, we offer a list of recommended hotels in the Doral area, close to the program locations.
How much does it cost and what payment methods do you accept?
$5,900 at the standard rate, or $5,620 by paying each module at least 30 days in advance. It's paid in 5 parts: a $900 deposit when you enroll (which activates your platform access) and each in-person module separately — $1,180 early or $1,250 standard — with enrollment closing 10 days before each module. We accept credit card, bank transfer and Zelle. There's a 10% discount for groups of 3 or more.
What certification do I earn, and is it internationally valid?
You earn dual certification upon completing the full program: academic from URBE University and technical from CISE Electronics Corp and Autosoporte. URBE is accredited in the U.S. by the State of Florida, so the certification is valid across North America and internationally. There is no standalone per-module certificate, though each module has a test that's required to move forward.
Do I need to bring my own tools?
No. All tools and diagnostic equipment are provided by the program. We do recommend bringing a laptop to take notes.
What happens if the minimum enrollment isn't met?
A minimum of 10 confirmed participants is required to start each cohort (which is also the maximum per group). If that minimum isn't reached, the start may be rescheduled or postponed, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
